Requirements:
• University graduate (economic studies or medical studies – an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales of healthcare services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Presentation, promotion, and sales skills for medical services.
• Dynamic, serious and proactive results-oriented person;
• PC skills, minimum Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Driving licence category B and availability to travel.
Responsibilities:
• Very good knowledge of the company’s objectives, particularities and offer: subscriptions (types of subscriptions, description, structure, addressability, price, punctual simulations);
• Promote the company’s services to the targeted categories: medical area (family doctors, business area (companies), other institutions (retirement homes, other similar entities);
• Promotes the company’s image and service offer.
• Achieves the number of contacts established and meets the objectives set.
• Prospects the market, initiates, develops, and maintains company partnerships.
• Maintains customer database according to initial indications (number/value of subscriptions) sold and retention.
• Prepares and submits activity report to line manager.
